There are a handful of things that can get you in trouble in life such as Friends, Women and booze. During a magical time in 1984 in a land called New Zealand there was a Prime Minister by the name of Sir Robert Maldoon.
During 1984 Sir Robert had a bill that was going to be opposed by Marilyn Waring. Instead of letting the government do it’s thing Sir Robert called for a Snap Election. The kicker is he did this on TV visibly intoxicated.
Richard and Shawn take the idea of a drunk prime minister and run with it. By run we mean they pretend to be a drunk prime minister for the episode.

About Language of Bromance
Together Richard and Shawn formed the podcast The Language of Bromance and from there it has been nothing but fun. The duo laugh about things they go through, stories in the news and even getting serious discussing net neutrality along with other issues. Every so often their friendship turns to a bitter rivalry with their nerdiest creation the draft episodes. An original take on a best of or a top 10 list. The draft episodes are done like an NFL Draft 7 rounds where Richard and Shawn flip-flop picks on various topics.
